Hey Devs, what's the beat way we can do this?

Well ive been working on this for a while. I dont know if sending out hundreds of messages and posts on Youtube about trying to get app reviewers to do Celtic Heroes is really promoting, but if one of the big reviewers does it and a few hundre thousand watch it and get it.

Try to get the app put on machinima and some iphone gaming channels. I can record it in HD sometime next week

Maybe make a trailer. or a small funny story/compilation.
it would be nicer of course if you can remove the hud xD

We could always make a funny quest to promote the app... Would take some time thow.

When the update is out it would be great if you could tweet about it, like the facebook page (new one coming soon), and generally get the word about by posting a message or review on gaming/mmo forums etc. so we can let people know the game is alive and improving.

You could make a refferal system, like when they join you get 10 gold and at level every 10 levels after that you get like 2 platnium.

I think it would be cool the devs set up a Celtic Heroes twitter account. You can have people retweet one of your messages for a contest. Then pick a few random people that do retweet and award them with in game platinum. That way you can advertise the game, build a following on twitter and gain bonus points with the community

Having an ingame post to facebook twitter etc when you gain a level, do a quest, start a clan would be cool. I NEVER use those but for this game I would. Also allowing clan recruiting via Facebook/twitter would be cool.

I'm sure you could also do a newsletter or a few email blasts. (though I'd rather you spend time on new content)

Would a blog help? I wouldn't mind writing an article or two if it'd be beneficial.
