Celtic Heroes

Why is it on the screenshots on the Celtic hero homepage the mage is wearing red dragonlord and in the game its blue?? Makes no sense to me...

Was originally red, but beta mages preferred blue.

Alot of mages complain that they want red coz it looks better. but if mages had red and they saw that it was orginally blue they would want blue. They are use to seeing blue, thats y mages think red looks cool

I personally like the blue armour more.....

The red for me is too much, i prefer blue, it looks more "arcane-is"

I think fire mages would like red, ice mages like blue.
I didn't think it was the worst idea in beta to have 2 diff colored armor for mages. Guess it was too hard to make it happen.
Or perhaps the problem is mages switch between fire and ice all the time. Or there are hybrids.

Frozen was already blue. I would've liked another color, perhaps a dark purple color would've been nice. Like in WoW:

I guess it was not possible to impliment under the current engine.

I like the idea of two styles of DL armour (eg red for fire mage / blue for ice mage or something) or, the user just chooses.

I wrote some ideas down once for a way they could possibly expand the game in the future, which kind of talked about this concept.

Ahem. No we didn't. We were nearly unanimous in preferring red, but were overruled.
