What are you guys using to record your screen?
(i don't wanna jailbrake my iPhone)

U can uSe a vga or hdmi plug to show ur idevice screen on pc . Then recording pc screen is easy:)
Pro: nice quality and almost bo lag
Con: 50€ is the cheapest adapter :/
Or use airplay and mirror screen on pc then record pc screen
Pro: cheap as u can get a crack of the pc mirroring program
Con: need a good wifi to avoid lags and freeze

I cant link it right now but if you haven't found it let me know and i'll look it up later for ya.
(You meed a screen recorder from mac or pc) and wifi.

quality sucks on my iPod 4 and iPhone 4, but it's decent on my iPhone 5s
On my iPod 4 i use RecordScreen from
http://emu4ios.net/. you can't have iOS 7 installed though, it needs to be 6 or below.
You can use both of these without jailbreaking

I use display rec. perfect quality and records voice. But you need a jail broken phone
