When new engine comes out, can you OTM let us change hair,gender,face,height,colors? it would be really nice if you could let us do this... once in our life atleast...

Patience bro. Whilst I was playing the game on Android I noticed a whole range of new character editing features.

change gender? how about change level too? Lol. You are the dude who asked OTM to do server reset so everyone reverts to level one? U deserve the most innovative player award.

We have tried to keep the improved appearance look as close as possible to the old engine. Hair styles and colours won't change, textures have been improved.

There is no guarantee that players will like their new look, even if its close to what they had in the old engine. Im not sure why you cant provide the option to do it, its not like you have to create a new UI for it as its already existing in the character creation screen.
