(im trying to have server as name, not trying to create a sentence like: the server is op or anything)

All of the server names are names in Celtic mythology. You don't need an article before a name.

Well hat depends, in a party, if you have only one damage player they would be the DPS, if you had multiple then collectivly they wuld be the DPS, but one of them would be a DPS, and if you just mean Damage Per Second its just DPS
