But it really doesnt matter because you have better chances of getting struck by lightning twice, getting mawled by a polar bear and brown bear, and win the lottery all in one day that is, for godly talon at least. The other bracelets are still pretty rare as well

You'll out level any gear you find in this game before you even find out about it; Seriously, through patches/updated or sheer rarity.

By the time you get it, you'll be level 202 with full aggy/mordis braces.

On belenus there are two godly talons, in the possession of myself and a friend/clannie. Mine was dropped to me early v3 (from doomclaw, back when those spawns were rare) and naruto2 bought one off a lucky noob a few months after.
