OTM deserves appreciation.

It was just this week that I got a little upset with OTM and their timings etc... But I was reading their website today & I noticed, wait, they are humans too! So they try just as hard as we do, maybe more, to keep sanity in times of insanity. We should appreciate what we DO HAVE more than what we don't have. Give them a round of applaus and wish them luck.
Maybe to get more in-touch with us they will share a picture of the team with labelled names, so then at least we knew who they were! If you'd like to see what I saw, go to www.onethumbmobile.com and check everything out.

You mean they aren't robots?

In all seriousness, they are humans and they do good as well as bad. They are subject to human greatness and failures. As such, we need to recognize that, and help them move this game in the right direction. OTM has made a great game, that people are passionate about. Sometimes that passion is displayed in the form of negative criticism, and rightfully so in some cases.

What we need to do as players, is continue to push them in the right direction by giving quality suggestions and ideas in the Feedback and Petitions forums, and by providing detailed results in beta testing. It can be maddening when longstanding issues are not addressed, but it does not mean that they have gone unnoticed by OTM. As humans, OTM is subject to time constraints, because all updates take time. We need to keep up the fight, and lobby OTM through petitions and feedback to get the issues fixed that need to be addressed.

Change will not happen overnight. It is slow and hard, requiring patience and endurance. But in the end through a collaborative partnership with OTM, we will make this game better, together.

I think Bitey knows his unfathomable, but IMHO OTM just needs to listen to players and stuff.

Do they deserves appreciation, yes.

Do they get it. No

If they want to get my appreciation they have to go above and beyond rather than sit at an update that was fun untill we played the hell out of it

if they didn't leave iOS in such a bad state before going off and expanding to Android, things wouldn't be as bad and players would still be enjoying the game.

But because they continuously ignored good feedback from players and never fixed the glaring issues, we are now at a point where a lot of iOS players are fed up and just quit. I already lost 3 members to boredom, and that's huge for a 30-man clan.

Fact is, if CH is still profitable they won't do anything. If it only affects the bottom line will they do something about it. That's how business works.
