The time has come

Attention all. The time has come to admit the truth. Otm are not perfect. They do not have an infinite capacity to work on ios events, ios updates, ios bugs, android events, android updates, and android bugs and everything else people are unreasonably pestering otm for. They are only a small company and as such can only do so much. They cannot hire more people as has been suggested. They cannot release the engine, work on an update, and perfect all the other things, while expanding to droid! It cant be done! Not many people will want to beleive this, but I assure you that this is true. Now I am like other players, and yes I do not want new content, and yes I am bored of yule and want a new event, but I do not expect outrageous things from otm. So guys please stop posting and hassling otm to release new content, and I think I speak for most people here, I am bored of seeing a new topic everyday that says to otm to release new content. More topics is not going to make otm release content faster! It just gets old and repetitive!

Regarding its size and funds, OTM already did an amazing job. I went out and experimented with other Mobile MMO's during my absence only to come right back here. CH is currently the only free MMO I know that has a
sophisticated open world experience, when I mean sophisticated, I mean business. (I played this other mobile MMO with a not-so-sophisticated open world experience and I rage quit in like 3 minutes)
Also keep in mind that OTM workers are ALSO HUMAN BEINGS who can't sit by hunched over their desks and work 24/7, they deserve to enjoy life too.

Uniter all you have said is true and important but is it enough to justify your "just put up with it" philosophy?
I say not entirely.
This is a great game compared to many (most?) other mobile MMO. Certainly when i compare others i have played.
The OTM employees obviously are hard working. In today's IT world you work like crazy or you get replaced or outsourced.
They also seem from forum posts to be patient and care about doing a good job. They are probably great fun to go to the pub with on a Friday night.
And yes a small(ish) game company doesn't have unlimited resources.
But you want us to accept the consequences of all the management decisions that are made regarding the game (so many Events so little content and even higher level cap etc etc) and the business direction (eg in app purchases increasingly important, and Plat items tradable ie game supported by few players, and moving to Android etc etc) as if everthing was inevitable or written in the Book of Fate.
Someone decided to move to Android now before the Engine came to iOS. I read Wulver's explanation and it made sense (easier testing) but this is not the only way they could have gone or the only time to do it.
We all get that any game that doesn't exist on both platforms is going to be in trouble eg if one market shrinks or if the target player base is saturated ie all RPG fans on iOS have played CH. But did it need the new engine right at this point? Someone obviously decided that some pain for iOS players was an acceptable price to pay for Android expansion. But how much pain and what was viewed an acceptable delay in updates etc?
Heck even the timing of releasing the engine was a choice. So much that people are unhappy with doesn't need a new engine, it just needs different game design. Yes updates will (it is hoped) be faster - but faster after a long delay and after updates that added vertical content and no horizontal content.
The forums are here to foster a sense of community but also to allow players a place to let off steam and better here than on general game forums.
Why not just let people wail and moan if they want to?

I know they are humans, do a amazing job, have life and lot of cool stuff, but it may be great to stop defend their game and fix problems who can be easily resolve.
Ranger class especcially, killian spawn time (No it dont add Challenge we wait our turn and waste 1hour)
If those problems were fixed you will not see blaming posts.

What "just put up with it" philosophy are u talking about here? The reason of the post is to stop people posting the same thing over and over again, when nothing is going to change is they do! All its going to do is create unrest and make people angry! We all know there has been no new content for the better part of 6 months. We all know we need new expansions. But repetitive posting is not going to fix it. If people do continue posting, then u are like bad doctors, and have run out of patients.

pun intended

If you can't seem to enjoy a free to play mobile mmo game then please dont b**ch about it.
There are quite a few better mmo's on the AppStore, all it takes you is to use the search bar.

Finally, I did not want to post "Shut up" on these peoples posts because it would only be supporting the post to stay at the top of the forum, but there are too many of them, perhaps 1 a day! +1 to this guy for realising that OTM maybe slow with updates but seriously, this many harassment posts is outrageous

Realistically, it is not a free mmorpg, bottom line. It simply features free 2 play. Otherwise you could argue Warcraft is free to play.
If you do not buy plat you are just a potential plat buyer. If you do not buy plat then really you have no right to complain about people that do buy plat and complain. There are no rewards for long term play buyers otm simply doesn't care the way I see it they just want to make their money from you for
Minimal game product. What other game lets you pay to level??
Bottom line they need to change how they think and see the playerbase bc from a business point of view it is simply self destructive in the long run.
If here are tons of people complaining then there is a problem with the game. Bottom line again more people quiting then signing up to play.

No, OTM has to survive too. People who no longer buy plat or never have THEY DO have rights. Its all about the player base. Every player must have a word. OTM is trying their best, they're only human. If you think they are aliens you have issues
