Just wondering which one is better for a 163 rogue, i just sold my Earth Talisman and am trying to decide between the two. Looking forward to listening to your opinions!

IMO stars ammy is better, i feel like regen would help more than a the extra dps, but I'm not a rogue, others opinions may be better.

Actually with the new ammy coming out ppl are dropping the price of their Spec ammys. I would try to pick one of those up.

I would do this but im on about a 400k budget atm, i guess i could sell my regen rings...

Event is on for 3 months and double plat might come this July, these event luxury won't go as much after event, mark my words.

Sigils and annihilation ammy are better for training mobs provided you don't run short of energy. I've resorted to using energy regen items to avoid putting focus points on either in stats (shudder) or with equips. Unless you have a huge amount of sigils and can take a break during 4-5*+ mobs you may need regen to keep up the dps. Without them even energy pots weren't cutting it.

In short you may want to get the stars first then annihilation after. The stars tends to be easier to sell too.

I am sort of disappointed by the dps added on the Annihilation Ammy. I mean you are paying 500k for a ammmy that gives little attack and then some pathetic fire(?) damage.

I would say Annihilation Ammy unless you need both hp and energy regen.
