Transfer from ios to android

Greetings, im a lvl 147 ranger on the ios world rhiannon. i quit the game a while back and would like to continue but on an android device since im giving my ipod to my brother, and would like to respectively transfer some items i have on my ios account to items on ANY android server. In the picture blow, i have stated the items i would like to involve. Cheers!
