I see the strength doesnt multiplies the damage anymore since more maps have been released ( carrowmore) and gave us more strenght. Im talking about pierce damage
It seems, like, the system stuck there or something, I'm not that good at tech stuff but i can notice when something doesnt work properly anymore
So i ask this question; why doesnt pierce add more damage when exceeding 300 or 400+ strength as it does below this numbers?
Irritates me so much i need an answer asap, no sneaky answers. The truth.

Sneaky Answer:
Assuming you're a ranger...your strength caps at around 350. This means that after you have 350 strength, it is not worth it to put points into strength anymore because it doesn't increase your damage as much. Its been this way since the Otherworld was released.
The truth:
There is a person in Kazakhstan that logs onto your account and changes your stats when you're not looking.

It doesn't cap, it plateaus. This means that the str stat becomes less effective past a certain point. Your damage still increases, just at a slower rate past 350ish.

People have figured this out already in a way that is pretty accurate. Every point you add to strength gets you a bit less even if its just adding two points to your rebirthed stats. It's actually a square root so if you add 16 you get a benefit of 4 - 25 gets you a benefit of 5 - 100 gives 10 - 256 gives 16 - 400 gives 20 etc. As you can see returns go down fast.
People say there is point at which adding strength does nothing but that's not exactly true. You lose dex and vit on a ranger so your health and skills suffer too much for a tiny return in auto damage (or for strength based skills which some classes have a few of). In reality its a balance and the point where you should stop adding strength depends on level, gear and type of build you are using.
For a strength build on a 160-170 ranger your vit should be enough to not die, dex be high enough to satisfy your need for heals and evades and dump the rest into strength. It will keep adding to your damage even if you hit 1600 (which has a benefit of 40 as above). If you have some good dex and vit gear already this may mean you can add all your points to strength and rely on your gear to carry the rest of your build.
In short you can't just have all your points in a single stat and be the best overall build. It's a balance.

The balance thing is bs. People who were in control to handle this stopped working since ow appeared and so STR became unworthy to dump points in

He has a point why dump into Strengh after a certain point for little return when you can use it to increase survivorability, after all if your dead quicker you lose out on damage. Whos knows though maybe they will do something with the stat later on.
