When I look at the online rankings, they've been the same for like a few weeks maybe now. I sometimes like to look at these and it's quite annoying, not being able to look at them. Is this happening to y'all? Also, anyone know when they're gonna be updated?

I was just going to post a complaint about this. I have a clanny who has a ranger and leveled it quite a bit recently.
On the rankings it says he is about 140. In the game he is actually level 180+.
These rankings havent been working for a long time aha.

They weren't working before double plat

They haven't been working for me either and I've sent my second support ticket. Admins haven't said nilch in a while too.

People might think this is a small issue but it's cool to see what power you've achieved.

They have not been updated in several weeks, and there has been no word as of yet by an admin on the subject.

It would be nice for the rankings to finally be updated so we can all see where we are at now

Support have reported this on but have not received any word back themselves.

Sorry for the troubles caused.

Servers crashed recently on Herne and then came back up.
When I logged again the rankings where back up, so I guess the fixed it

We are looking into sorting out the rank order problems with the online rankings imminently.
