Alright i would like to transfer of heroic gloves, boots, amulet and/or golden blade of fire/ice from rosmerta to crom.

I've been told 2 thing. That i can ask OTM and they will help me with the xfer. And that its not allowed.

Neither is correct.

OTM can't actually transfer items for you, yet they don't oppose it either.

Yes, what Armo said is true. Otm wont support world changes, but they wont stop people doing it either. If you really are desparate to trans, then find someone who has a high acc on both servers, and your best bet is to transfer gold as people are always after gold. you can either sell the items on rosmterta and transfer the gold over (best option. easiest) and then buy stuff on crom, transfer items, or give the stuff to someone on rosmerta, and then they give you gold on crom. Those are your 3 choices. Choose wisely.

Another way is if you and the other transferer have two devices. It is a bit risky any kind of way, be sure to read descriptions carefully during any kind of trades. As all trades are final, gl.
