Lol. It says on the bracelet that the regen doesn't stack with other Sunshard Bracelets.
They say that, so I assumed that, but then I read this topic: http://www.celtic-heroes.com/forum/view ... 69&t=57778
A Forum Guide says that the regens do stack. I still don't know if it's true or not :/

I'm afraid they do not stack guys. The description is not specific to one bracelet, it is simply general and says other Sunshard bracelets.
Just curious, have you tried equipping both sunshard braces at the same time and testing regen?
Nope, but I'm just going to assume OTM got their descriptions right. The one who has to test is the OP of the thread.

Testing the regen is a Problem for me, to much sigils :) but i have the red. and blue pluses on my screen
You could try watching the regen whilst you're being hit by a mob, only using the two bracelets as regens.
