A Forum Guide says that the regens do stack. I still don't know if it's true or not :/

Just curious, have you tried equipping both sunshard braces at the same time and testing regen?

Nope, but I'm just going to assume OTM got their descriptions right. The one who has to test is the OP of the thread.

You could try watching the regen whilst you're being hit by a mob, only using the two bracelets as regens.

They do stack....
