Can OTM please confirm what % chance i have of getting a Radiant White Mask from the quest? Am i that unlucky to get 8 plain white masks in a row OR is the quest glitched and im just wasting time and gold tryin to get one?!
OTM please elaborate on this.
Also, if you cared not to ignore the tickets i send you i wouldnt need to post on the forums where hopefully ill get a response!

The quest is random, may be regular, may be radiant. The event is not over, just keep collecting, eventually you may get one.

Chances are very low. I would venture a guess it is even less than 5% chance.

But keep trying, that's what game designers want players to do is waste their time focused one one quest they don't notice there's nothing else to do. It's a classic MMO misdirection.

Surely can't be completely random.. You mean to say someone could collect 100k spirits and turn them all in and still not get a radiant?? Hmm i aint sure about that, surely there would have to be a percentage chance of getting one.

I bet there are already 100 or more white masks in my server and less than 5 radiants. I don't think I've seen one, only heard someone got. Yeah going 0 for 100 is certainly not too hard to believe.

I got one. On my world they literally have no value. I sold mine for 220k. High level people were offering absurd amounts like 40k, 50k, and such.

Pretty sure a guy in our clan turned in enough for 11 whites until he finally landed one on the 12th. It's completely random.
