Samhain will likely be next event, unless they skip it because theyre busy with the new engine. Maybe end of October or early November.
Almost every event is the same now. There will be event lux (so save up millions of gold) and it seems mounts and fashion are now plat only, so save more gold to buy chests off players or make room on your credit apple to buy plat.
There will be a random fashion hat collection quest, a new daily xp quest, some roaming event mobs in lirs that drop junk or rare event mounts or hats. Probably another quest that gives a random event weapon or offhand.
And new event bosses for all levels.
I dont really expect anything to be different. Same stuff, just different names.
