Change of face shape/hair color

Is this possible for Support to do if you send them a mail? I hate my face shape and hair color, and send Support a mail - didn't get a response yet.

Hair colour change can be easily fixed by purchasing a wig, as for face shape we need an eminent change as the black painted eye celtic heroes are being discriminated against.
I am one of those peope who is forced to wear a lugh mask to cover up the disturbing paint.
