Yes I haven't gotten anything yet either. That being said, I'm not too worried about it. Phoenix crests aren't in style right now with all the new Samhain fashion out today. Even if it is a one of a kind item, it's still last season's fashion.

I just want a heroic combo lix for the cool looks.

Also, I believe a patch needs to be done for shaman's crest/heroic combo to be added into the game. Patch = boss spawns.
