Is it worth breaking?

For those with garanak sets, would you equip one of the new godly silverweb charms, breaking your aura but giving you a lot of skill points?

Godly silverweb charms give +10 points each to two different skills, as well as 200/240 stat points depending on whether you are a caster or not.

As a warrior, no.
As a mage, if i were, prob no.
Ranger/rogue, prob no.

As a druid with shrivewood? Definitely.

I probably would as a druid. I like my spiritseed set, but I also like being able to use more skills. Druids have 26 skills to choose from! With the focus plateau, losing a little focus wouldn't affect my healing that much.

Yes they are definately worth breaking if you get imperial or godly charms for Druid or Mage. Yes it depends on the build, but I've already decided to on my casters.

I'm considering it on my ranger as well.

With druids I can see it happening, but with mages… the only two skill types are +10 fire bolt and ice shards, and +10 cloak of fire and energy shield.

Cloak of fire is not a widely used skill. Fire bolt and ice shards are opposite elements, and I rarely see any high level dual element mages.

Assuming you already have a garanak shrive necklace/ring, you would get this by equipping the garanak shrive charm:
100 vitality, 500 energy, 300 weakening attack evasion, and 1000 fire/ice magic

On the other hand, if you equipped a godly silverweb charm, you would lose all the above but gain this:
240 focus, and 10 skill points

A drop on our world which is worth breaking aura if you think about it. If it were an ironroot set for example, wouldn't +9 pro stance and +9 shield wall add more armor/resist at crucial moments of the battle, not even mentioning the extra vit it has? Imo it is depending on the drop.
