I was kinda excited to see the lvl 150 focus ring with 100 focus show up in the shop after the patch. However I got to thinking it is basically useless. I am around lvl 100 and even at my level 100 focus only adds about 30 on to my natures touch. A +1 natures touch ring does better. What actually appeals to me as a druid is resistances and defense so I can survive if I take aggro. And most druids don't need more in combat regen. The moral of the story is the 200 defense ring is more appealing to me as a druid than the lvl 150 caster ring.

Then get a lvling partner that can actually keep aggro from u. And no, +1 to nature touch isnt better than 100 focus.

100 focus can affect your heal less than an 1+ natures touch depending on ur focus you already have set

I think you would see a decrease in your heals by reducing your focus by 100 and adding a +1 touch ring.

Now a +5 and yes it's worth losing 100 in focus depending on how much focus you have. I broke my spirit comrack set to add a NT charm giving me +5. This brought my focus down by 100, leaving me with 801 focus but increased my heals a lot.

100 focus also increases your energy which in turn increases the amount energy regen lix give you.

And while its true if you already have 1000 or so focus adding a +1 ring is better in theory many have 50 already so adding another +1 does nothing. Most druids do more than only use touch so that focus also improved just about every other spell as well - root is the only one i can think of offhand that dosent benefit.

Also if you are having aggro problems keep lvl1 calm on your hotbar somewhere. It actually works great.
