judging by pics i have seen, i assume that we will be getting the new engine and the yule event at the same time? or am i wrong and should just shut up and be patient lol
i dont mean to be a pain in the butt for bringing the new engine up again, was just wondering....

My guess would be that they are not testing out new graphical effects like snow for nothing. If I were you I would anticipate getting a new engine for Christmas.

The new engine is coming out with the yuletide event. I am pretty certain from gathering hints in beta and from forums.
Just as Bitey said, it's gonna be a wicked christmas 2014 !
