Today as a lvl 50 I have done the winterstave quest 10 times and got red-yellow staves while on my 106 ranger I did quest 4 times and got black stave, white stave, purple stave, sparkling purple stave

It has ZERO to do with level, it's all random luck. Next time I suggest doing more than 15-20 tests between your 2 accounts before coming to these assumptions

I've gotten two 95% legendary mounts out of chests during my time playing CH—serpentstaff and nightwing.
Both times I was wearing black fashion (quartermaster pirate, spooky black hunter). Using your logic, wearing black fashion makes you more likely to get a black mount.
…which isn't true.

He's right, completely random albeit very low odds for good chest drops.
The reason you can say, "I see tons of noobs walking around with these cool drops yet no high levels!"
Or something to that extent, take a second and think of what the player base is built like,
Newbies, levels 1-30 idk say 30 percent
Casuals, levels 31-100, 60 percent or so
Gamers, levels 101-195, 9 percent
NoLifes(in the most holy of titles), levels 196+ 1 percent
Rough estimate nowhere do I guarantee its accuracy lol, but it's a fair basis for the sake of argument yes?
Let's say some level 190 buys 400chests, he still won't have the same likelihood to score big as do the same proportional amount of level 100s buying 100 chests would-- which is why you'll see tons of level 100s scoring big.
As stupid as it may sound, I'd still like to hear OTM at least give a quick, "yeah... No..." Response just for peace of mind for those reading this.

I'll try this once.

That's crap. I've gotten 2 reds, a yellow and an orange and I'm 193.

Being a hardcore player is not rewarding currently in Celtic Heroes because:
- it wears you out
- sucks you dry of your $
- never ends
- never satisfies you
- time-consuming
- reward/time ratio sucks
Bitey made a great point a couple threads ago about quitting his collector hobby because it's just not possible. With all the randomness OTM has introduced to camouflage the lack of content in an attempt to divert our attention and keep us loyal to the game, they have done the very thing they set out to prevent: bore players and make them quit.
