Although Diaries have come into play it would also be nice if we had more interaction from OTM.

Some ideas:
-Polls(We have had them before and I thought those went well)
-Responses to interesting feedback
-Discussions with players on what they would like to see(goes along with polls)


As a customer I still feel distanced and disconnected from OTM. Will they ever take into account the amazing suggestions made by players? Do they care about the wants/needs of the community? Why doesnt OTM respond to largely appreciated ideas in the Feedback and Suggestions section?

Some responses seem almost "Robotic", such as "I will pass this on to the team", "the team will be looking into this"

Im not bashing OTM as they have been making improvements, so keep up the good work

Keep in mind not everything has to be a surprise

As part of the Support staff I spend my whole day on the forums reading and responding to as much as I can while I respond to messages from you guys in the game too. If you have any questions feel free to PM me and I'll respond as soon as I can, that's why I'm here.

Our team reads as many posts as possible and takes on many of the player's ideas. For example there was a lot of feedback on the changes to Resurrection Idols. This was taken on board and the developers are now looking at ways to improve them.

Unfortunately in many cases player's ideas are not always possible to implement into the game, but we try to use as many as we can.

To be honest, I think that the level of interaction that OTM has with it's players surpasses that of other games. That is one of the reasons that I keep picking this game over others. They really seem to care about their players and the world they are creating. Like Dexxa said, it is sometimes not possible to do everything that people want, or to do it in a timely manner. OTM is constrained by the amount of people they have working. Although they are growing all the time, so look for big things in the future!

Hey Party, we've been making an effort to post more often and respond to feedback, we do take loads of ideas onboard from the community if you dig up the 'What we want' thread you can see a load of stuff that we've snuck into the upcoming Tower release.
