Unused game areas

What do you guys see as wasted Zones? I understand of course progression of the game and updates but it's amazing to see that the majority of the game is unused.

1. Lirs. Used for newbies and events only. And rockbelly and wolf. Otherwise it's never used.
2. Crook back. Also a newb area. With one meteor dude to collect from.
3. Forgot name. Used to have shiver. Now. Newbs only. Complete waste after lvl 30.
4. Shalemont. Land of the eternal quest for bosses that never spawn (defector). Otherwise. Useless except for experience 30-50. Not bad overall for that area. Nice progression from here in to stonevale
5. SV. Used heavily from 55-80. Nice zone. Nice variety of non boss mobs with some 5 stars and 6 stars to kill. Good density as well.
6. Otherworld. At one time one of the big areas. Mostly a wasteland now. I rarely see more than 4 toons in zone unless a frozen quest dude or Aggy is up. Decent balance of mobs. But sadly the difficulty is worse than other zones so used less frequently. Also has horrible faerie quest and blackthorn boss. Two useless time consuming quests with crappy results.
7. Fingals. Except for pirates. This place is a wasteland with multiple quests of minimal value. Typically used for events because otherwise who would go. Bear/rat portion is at least entertaining and good source of rings. Pirate zone is similar. Nice way to get gold. Cave portion is just a waste of programming as there's nothing there. Mobs are so far apart that's it not for leveling. And since they drop nothing there's no point to farm.
9. Sewers. Has its moments. Very large area though. Very easy to get into a zone that's too high level. Not enuf letys to be helpful though. You have to run for minutes to get anywhere. Hidden zone that there is no map is interesting but serves no point. Why hide the map there? Everyone memorizes turns so no one cares.
Only zone to get shadowstrike. And hard as hell to get. I do find the area similar to Stonevale with variety. Just a little more spread out. Definitely less number of fun bossss though.
10. Carrow. Only place for everyone to gather. No other zone for anyone over 150. So typically crowded. Covers levels 100-200. The lower zones eliminated older zones that had similar level coverage due to better drops.
11. Castle. Most popular area. Here and carrow are pretty much places for everyone.

Due to speed leveling anything under 140 is quickly passed over so all that's left is carrow.

So if you looked at game 80% is wasted effort due to the lack of complexity in each zone.

Any thoughts ?

the one u forgot is dustwither catacombs.

and you couldnt be more correct. each upate just makes the old zone obsolete, which is pretty retarted if you think about it.

There is fault to be found yet you are placing at the wrong area.

These areas are only wasted because the influx of new players isn't exponentially growing as it should.

I agree about crook and catacombs, theryre really cool zones its a shame there's no reason to go there.

Ps you forgot bracken collectors in crookback, that's a legit reason

A revamp in all these areas adding higher level mobs to train on would be nice

I like to throw this in there every now and then. In the hopes someone might actually enjoy the idea some day. Level scaling.
Refference to guildwars2.

Downscale higher levels to the map they are in.
If lirs is 1-15 they get downscale to 15. Not good in maths but it works in gw2 and it's hella fun to still explore starter area's and do events while end-game
