#3For example if you were to transfer from Arawn to Belenus, you would need to find someone willing to transfer with you in Belenus.
Let's say the transfer is 500k.
You make a character in Belenus, and they give you 500k there. Then they make a character in Arawn and you give them 500k. So effectively both of you have 500k in another server and lost 500k in your home server.

#9Otm does not regulate this so if someone gets scammed through this it's there fault
