I heard that in a future update there might be a hairdresser NPC in the castle where u can change your look and possibly your gender. I dont know if it's true though. I would love to change my look since the new graphics have come out cuz when I started the game I chose the look I thought looked best but now I like the look of other styles, like the goatee beard for instance looks miles better and the hair style that kind of covers the face

If the celtic lord wanted you to have a different gender you'd have washed up on the docks that way.
