Str has a plateau in terms of it's damage and focus functions the same way as vitality. Everything else is right

Nah, Vitality>Focus in terms of output
As far as I know the ratio is the same.
1 vit: 6.25 hp
1 foc:6.25 energy

Damage is effected by strength, your abilty level to the weapon, and the weapons damage itself(physical damages being multiplied by strength). The biggest damage component is your weapon. Take for example your fists do 1 physical damage(think its crush), adding 1 strength point would most likely do nothing. Then take a ymirs warhammer(highest physical damage weapon) that does 300 crush damage and add 1 strength, you'll get at least 1 damage most likely more.

At 0 weight this is true, but equipped weight will lower your energy gained from focus(energy gained from gear is uneffected)

1 focus gives 6.25 energy every time. The armour weight doesn't lower the amount of energy that focus gives you, it just lowers your total energy whil the gear is equipped.

The formula for auto damage is:
Auto Attack Damage = [0.15818*sqrt(Strength) + 0.061069*sqrt(Weapon Ability) + 0.96523] * Physical Damage + Elemental Damage
