Is necro as tought as it gets or is there better opponents?

Necro is currently the hardest boss in the game.

Gz on kill guys, sad thing about it is that ppl just starting to kill after more then a year in game and now new lvl update coming which will make necro mostly useless

Tbh we did it with about 40 toons raged for at least 1 min but we where able to drop him down.
Loot was 1 druid ring 2 war rings and a dark fire mage attunement wand not that decent but was a fun kill great work to all that showed and helped with this kill.

Nah, we only had about 30 or so show up....6 of them druids...so DPS was not ideal. All in all, was a great fight, glad to see we can pull together still to down Necro, even though his drops were garbage.

I believe we actually had around 40, we had 5 organized groups with 2-3 not entirely filled as well as a sixth group for zombie control and some loose ends on necro without a group. The loot pretty well sucked
2 50 dex/str and 500 axe ability rings
1 80 dex/vit and 800 totem ability ring
1 dark flame wand giving like 600 bolt and storm damage for 15 seconds

Rage lasted about 20 seconds or so. Wouldn't have raged if our start wasn't as sloppy and if ghosts were under control 100% of the time. Overall it was a good fight and I hope we can continue killing him.
