On fb it was said it would be added in with the spring event.

I didn't even get a warning maybe the 7 you it were meant to go to 6 other people i though my internet has dropped out.

They quickly said a few hours later they were discussing it as they weren't sure if releasing part of the lux shop now and the rest later would be a bad idea. Personally I'm glad it's not released until all of it comes.
