EDL sword, wand and totem (Morrigan)

Can make them now but wont, since they are inferior to Hrungnir skulls and Mordris halberds. Saving Arcanes for offhands instead.
But whoever is the OTM designer for these weapons shouldve gotten a clue that DL sword, totem and wands werent already being used, and what made them think that a minor bump in stats would make them useful. These weapons need an overhaul.

You can get the offhand without mainhand now? I guess it makes sense as it's an upgrade

Yes, the quest is available at 215, even without EDL weapon completed.

Yes, the quest is available at 215, even without EDL weapon completed.

Unfortunately the offhands probably arent a whole lot better either
OTM probably too stubborn to buff weapons... It's a shame :/

The EDL rondel overrides the DL rondel skills, which would make sense if they were the same skill; oh wait they are. The damage wasn't buffed and neither was the cooldown. Was this at least fixed in the latest beta?

The 'latest beta' was a week before the Tower went live. Nothing has changed there since.
