Both of the items don't state anywhere on them they are not stackable so will they stack?

I haven't personally tested it, I doubt it. Skulls and necro braces don't stack so I doubt these would stack either.

Necro braces specifically state they don't stack with other recast cooldown items hrun skulls and event charms do not

Well someone tried to test this in beta but they couldn't find a skull ;-;

If they stack it would be so op. If they dont i think no one would use the charm over the samhein silverweb charms.

Actually i currently use a lux set over a gara poiosn set with only a 60 dmg reduction and i still get kills...
