If you're str build dagger is far better because of the pierce damage. I have like 1k str and then 1900 ish boosted and the dagger gives me about 150 more damage AND haste so it frees up a ring slot. However my attack was significantly lower.

120 from dagger lol I'm a warrior

Dagger. The extra 10 pierce and 40 poison is superior to the axe bonus even without frenzy as a warrior. With frenzy, its even better.

Class doesn't make a difference, it's gear and build. I know rogues that are using the dagger and they're owning.

So your using dagger? If so how much dmg to you have now and when u were using axe so the difference?
