Yaaaaay it's my 1 week anniversary of getting ****ed by OTM!!! Still no refund!?!? How is that possible? IDC how 'busy' it's been, I've sent over 7 tickets (one for each day, plus some ).... Kinda a letdown tbh that the message says "OTM will respond within a few days".... Change your message if you can't keep your word, and please, one of you please reply to this post and tell me it's been busy... Idc if it's been busy, change your ticket message and stop lying to myself and other players if it's been busy........ Oh btw, my cousin Homie on Gwydion spent $100 on plat about a week ago also, 4000 plat? Hell no, how about 0? Which he too has sent support a bunch of messages that promise to "fix the problem in a few days"... Oh wait, no reply still..... Fix your message and quit lying or give us our stuff.

Hey homie, you may be mad but just contact Apple instead. That is what it ended up going to in my case and either you can try to buy plat again, or you can keep the money.

Support has always replied to any refund, sigil amount, etc question I have ever sent within 24 hours unless on a weekend ofc. This is for the over 3 years I have been playing. I do not understand why you are having an issue, were you clear, concise, and polite in the messages?

i thought you had 14 days?

It is now a 3 day grace period. My bet would be its because people were buying items. Leveling for over a week then askn for refund since they out lvld the items use.

I was very clear.... My first 3 messages were about 3 seperate items that i had all bought on the same day... Then I got a 'helpful' message back about a day after I sent my last message that said "May you please list all of the items you want refunded" and my message looked something like..

I would like my Runic Shield of Endurance, Glacial Axe of Might, and Wyldshrine Amulet of the Mountain refunded please, Thx.

..... Sent that 1 time then waited 2 days then resent the same message..... It's been like 4 days since then

Refunds are usually means you bought something on accident. But when you get 3 items that just means you bought them to use then return.

Im a level 199, so I really doubt i bought them to use them and then return them to OTM..... And even if that was the case, a refund is a refund, if OTM wants to keep lying about their refund requirements if what you say is true, and keep lying about the ammount of days it will take, then that's on them
