Seeing the success of a few polls already, I want to hear THE GENERAL PUBLICS ideas for future polls.
Please give a quick explanation to clean up any misunderstandings that players and OTM might make.

***Please leave in general discussion as we will receive the most qualitative and quantitative responses than in the feedback section.***


I'LL START!

Q-With the mention of future live mounts, would you rather purchase the mounts or be given a mount of your choice and build it up to be the best?

To explain,
Purchase mount- like all event mounts, 10k-2M

Build mount- chose your mount (I'll use a horse for the example) head to the "stable" and receive your own baby pony. Doing things like feeding it the (new FUTURE) fishing and cooking items in order to increase its stats. (Level req will apply the same way) Ending in the famous Guilded Gladestead!

my vote: Sure, instant gratification is great, that's why we have platinum. But I would like something I can work for besides an endless grind or endless farming.

Poll Question-
Would you like live mounts to be purchased, or built(grown)?

you do realize that they came into the boards, asked a bunch of people who already had their gar. sets if the their rehash of the boss should drop new stuff, mixed, or old stuff. amazingly, the most verbally vocal people, the ones who already had their sets, said NEW NEW, while the poll results showed most people wanted mixed, which they then said ok. poll results obviously said all new stuff, which it didn't... just the people commenting, who already had their sets, said they wanted new.

to add to that, their INTENTIONS of bringing back the boss was to allow players who MISSED it the first time a chance.. Yet their decision to make it all new sets is only giving motivation to those that have the old stuff to get the new ones, instead of bringing back to the old which would motivate people who didn't have their sets more then the ones who do.

With all of the major additions coming into the game, I would like to give OTM as much feed back as possible BEFORE they add in the horizontal content. We don't need any busts.

Try making a beneficial post. I would love to hear your poll ideas.

If possible I'd like it if they changed user permissions and allowed us to create our own polls in a sub forum, maybe in feedback and suggestions/ petitions. This way Otm can get a good idea of strong views from the player base without having to read through 8pages that usually end up off topic with random +1's -1's

If we can already create polls and I just haven't discovered the button yet please just ignore my noobness

I doubt its there and you just haven't noticed it or else you would of seen a normal player use it at one point. .-.

blue named players are "guides" which basically means they know an above average knowledge of the game, i dont want blue to get it, just OTM workers(maroon names) mainly because there would be many stupid ones like jonsa making a poll if she shouldve won the event or not. Or Ailerion making yet another petition to abolish BoE(sorry i had to ), many stupid ones anyway id name more but i cant be bothered to offend more than 2 people per post

I never really started any petition to abolish BoE, but I do support it vehemently. Perhaps I'm just the most vocal against it, because well, BoE sucks
