Attached is a topic exposing a very big scammer on Mabon.

I am on general discussion to ask how to best handle them.

(Also trying to get OTM's attention.

Please PM admins the above topic and express your hatred for scammers

UPDATE!
As predicted, the linked topic has been taken down (naming and shaming purposely took place to identify the scammer)
I received a notice from Voldemort saying that the admins have been alerted of this specific case.

I reiterate, THE SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE! Post on the forums and get the Admins attention! Scammers can be stopped once documented and identified!

the way the game is made you cannot be scammed.
it is your fault if you are giving stuff away and expecting to get it back.

DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND MANIPULATION?

It takes a certain level of intelligence to not get scammed. Common sense is learned. Children and teenagers play this game. Most of them don't have that level of intelligence.

It also takes a higher level of intelligence to realize that what makes sense in your mind friddooo, does not necessarily mean it makes the same since in another persons mind. Everyone has their short comings, I guess I found yours.

I made this topic to help OTM raise awareness about scamming with no fear of punishment, and not to bash childish mistakes.
I would like it if you did not comment again friddoo. You said the same thing twice. (Both off topic, blunt, and without compassion for people struggling through a scam). I answered you in two different ways. I hope that helps :D

Don't give out items you aren't willing to lose. It doesn't take an "intelligient" person to read and comprehend basic english.

Lol I'm glad I got through to someone. Thanks for understanding...
Don't give out anything you expect back. The equipment I have floating around myrm became obsolete to my rogue and decided to lend it out until I find a buyer."

Ok enough with the jokes

But in all honesty, it DOES take a fairly intelligent person to see through a detailed, and carefully executed scam. One with much practice and success. Children and most teenagers (and sadly some adults) CANNOT COMPREHEND this.

Again, it was not my intention to get in a "bigger brain" battle with the two of you. (I could have PMed you if I had a problem with you)
Please help me spread the word and protect the people not mature enough to protect themselves.

I don't understand why you seem so against this post. Why defend a scammer by saying it was the kids fault for trading an item?
Children have no comprehension of deception untill it is taught to them. (Please hold while I find my old psychology book)
They believe anything they are told. (Santa, Easter bunny, Tooth fairy to name a few examples)

Sorry guys, but I have to take killstealers side. Why even try to defend the scammer? I know it is the victims fault but still, it seems pretty wrong to blame the victim when it would of never happened without the scammer being a total prick.
