Eagle mounts

Why does 85% eagle mount have the spread out wings that move and 95% nor 100% dont have that?

I'm certain that there was two different types of mounts for that event. With open wings\ and closed wing mount. But anyhow how you hanging sparcy

Its simple, the top one (that you have) is made by man, whereas the other is made from a mystical tree (the Wyldwood). So obviously tha magical one flies 
But tbh, I think OTM shouldn't have had both stick and moving mounts in chests....just stick with one already lol. I just hope the summer event won't have two kinds in it....just one.
