Are charstone rings still available to get? If so where and what is the easiest method.

Yes, however it is a pretty rare drop(and idk what variants can drop still). It drops from low lv 4*+. I got a 1 and a 23 armor one some time after 2011 so I'd assume you can still get them now.

I remenber it was a quest, and players made new characters to do it again

Dustwither mobs drop it, 27 armour are the best tier, these used to be the ultimate tanking rings.
