This needs to be noted Asap.
The Dual Logger technique, when a scammer trades u real lux while using a another account to spam u random texts to not see the items being switched with a fake.
Happen to me minutes ago, scammed a black wlydwood set for a hero ammy, the second account spamms random texts and the trade or remove text is hard to see while replace with the same item. Be aware. I am not trying to name and shame, but this guy need to be shamed. The world of Herne to All the worlds of Celtic Heroes. Good Day.

Get in the habit of checking over every item in the second conformation screen. This way, you can not be scammed.
To OTM! I would love to see an aura around luxury items. Something very small like the difference between onyx and obsidian armor. A clear band to outline the item.
Oooorrrr, like many rings in beta, create new art for these items. I hate seeing a greater twinsoul necklace, pendant of ice resistance, and a heroic amulet of regeneration having the same look.

The trading bug where you can't see whats actually in the trade window does not help this kind of scamming. OTM needs to step up the trade window item bugs and trade crash bug fixes.

Luckily it happens to the 4th and 8Th slot. So your getting 3/4 the items u want

Usually yes. I've had it happen to the last item added as well, such that you cannot see a 3rd item for example. But yea if you go off the text and it's spammed away...

Nothing new here, I've had someone try it on me 3 years ago and I declined. Unfortunately the guy got many poor saps on my world.

This isn't anything new. Players have done this before and also this posts teaches how to scam technically.

This guy was doing the same thing with me but I was able to smell that something was fishy and i realized that it was a nub ammy ;0 then I looked up in the chat and I saw he exchanged the ammy

I rember once when i was lower lvl someone traded me and showed a warbeast egg and said it would hatch into a dragon i just had to pay 50k for the egg
