I never got this. Why do the majority of these items get banked and stashed away to never be used? Why can't they be sold to lower level players that would actually use them? Instead they are horded and the game is made more difficult for lower level players.

Yep you haven't got it. The lowest level items start for 175 for hrung and 180 for mord n necro. Armor rings with resists, skill rings of two useless skills, and even worse gear for rarely used skills like eharvest, sacrifice, sharp shots are usually the stuff banked. No low level(175-185) will use it tbh. Hoarding to make others' life isn't anyone's intention here, just extremely flawed boss loot tables

You seem to assume high levels owe something to low levels. Even if these drops could be used by low levels -
1. How is not giving them making things more difficult?

2. After spending a lot of time (and sometimes money) why would high level players use their lix, pots, and idols at bosses to turn around and give the items to low level players?

If you want a stab at these items, put the time in the game and level up to be useful at a raid boss and then you will be able to get a 40 armor ring from hrung.

When we only have 3 end game bosses we've been killing over a year each, and when each boss only has a select few drops players would use, and when lux shops sell items better than most boss loot, it makes the majority of boss drops banked garbage.
