Elite Bounties

I just finished an elite bounty and didn't get a bag, is it random chance to get a bag and then random chance to get whatever items are in the bag too?

Elite bounties will sometimes give an elite bounty bag.
Seasonal bounties should always give a seasonal bounty bag. I'm not sure if they were changed from the beta, but I am pretty sure they still always give a bag.

Mmh not sure I like that lol. It's a random chance to get an elite bounty in the first place, then a random chance to get a bag from that elite bounty, and then a random chance to get something useful from the bag...

Keep in mind bounty boards are permanent, 5 a day, every day, for forever, plenty of chances

2 free bounties a day, then you can get 4 more with bounty pledges
