No response from celtic heroes on a 705k Game Error

I have sent an email to Onethumbmobile (
[email protected]) about a game error in a trade making me lose 705,000 worth of luxury items and I have not gotten a response. I cant play much because of this.

Threads related to game issues such as these should be posted under support. They check all threads and investigate all issues. Sometimes it takes them a while to get to you, as they've got to get through every single email. Rest assured you're not being ignored.

Sadly, items lost within a trade cannot be recovered.
However, if you accidentally dropped/sold to a vendor, there is hope!

It wasnt a scam
It was sort of like a drop
The Items were:
Golden Bodkin of spirits
Golgen amulet of rejuvenation
Golden helm of bloodlust
Heroic boots of speed
Heroic gloves of haste
