Hi Admin if your reading this... A clan member of mine has his warden sword, took the quest, handed in all the diamonds etc, and got the enchanted sky iron. He went offline that night, came on the next day and it had gone.

He emailed support but has had no reply and he is desperate for the Meteoric sword before the update..

Tell me about it! Hes been running round with standard Warden Sword (not meteoric) for about a week, and he has already taken all the wisps and handed in everything, just needs the missing sky iron to show up lol! Just hope Admin actually reads this and does something about it

Still no reply to his email and still no reply on here, for something that should have such a simple fix.

He's pretty pissed because he's spent well over £200 on this game, and he is getting awful customer service. On top of that, it was a fault with the game, not something he did wrong..

Sort it please.

Also had someone else email support on Maustins behalf and they have had no reply either, I understand you are busy with the update but this is a 30second fix.
