Goal: Level as high as you can without hitting the leystone once (aka getting killed).

Rules:

• You cannot buy items (pots, elixirs, idols, etc.) with platinum.
• You can't trade with people not in the contest.
• The only luxury items you can use are ones that you earned with your contest character.
• No outside help from mages with fire cloak. etc. etc.

If you die, then you are no longer in the competition.
If everyone dies, then the last one to die wins.
Only one character entry per forum account.
Once the update comes the winner is announced and gets bragging rights.

How to enter:
Post under this thread if you plan on entering the competition.
Once we get a starting day, we will all make characters on the same server and play until we die.

*Note: I will just choose a server that no one in the competition plays in. That way we don't have to worry about cheating.

How will you track them. Somebody could cheat... and I definitely know that I'll get last place, I can't even level myself past 50

OOOH sounds interesting. Is this only for Beta Players?

Well, you can submit a character for this contest here and do your utmost to follow the rules and NOT die. Then when beta is released we can post our lvls, and see how far everyone got without dying once. Obviously with world, class lvl info we can see if yer being honest about how far you got on leaderboards.

Then if there are any issues of possible cheating (people using pots, gold, traded items) we can ask politely to get contest named players to be reviewed by the game for pot, trades and any other things. Cheating only really matters if there are actual prizes awarded, if it's just some basic competition we can just take people at their words.
