I thought about it for a bit, and remembered what I learned in the Magnum Opus quest chain (https://youtu.be/te0pWwXgvHI). I realized that these symbols correspond to something... Are these the seals to Crom's prison?
Is the dragon seal blue because it was weakened when Aggragoth was summoned?

I noticed them the other day too but I don't pay attention to storylines. There's a sixth one up in the corner there.
