Recruit Length?

How long do you think someone should be a recruit (cant get any clan gear) when they transfer from another sever?
Months, Weeks, Days, ? What are your thoughts?

It's a month as recruit with us, regardless of where they came from... We extend it if we need to see more of the person before promoting...

Our chieftain is recommending to the clan that we make all bought toons wether they are within clan or cross server wait 2-3 months as opposed by our normal 1 month rule. Is this to long of a wait, do u think or is it reasonable?

Usually our clan waits 2-3 weeks before promotion to clansman, however it is largely dependent on the person, their background, and what they do in those preliminary weeks.

Best way is to send either an email to
[email protected] with any screenshots you have as evidence
(Or just an in-game support ticket)

the clans on fingal that i have been in dont promote u til like 2-3 weeks later and if u arent lvling, scouting, or helping clannies u wont become clansman
