Regeneration stacking question

Hello. I've searched the forums, but the information on how regeneration rates stack across items is rather inconsistent.

If I have two bracelets which both offer health regeneration do I receive the sum of the regeneration rates? The greater of the two? Or the one in the first slot?

If one of the brackets also offers energy regeneration, do I receive that, and does that effect which health regeneration I receive?

From the textual description of the items, I should receive the sum of the rates. But my experience suggests otherwise.

Example: I have a wyldshrine bracelet of the mountain (health regeneration 25 , energy regeneration 25 ) and an eldritch bracelt of valour ( health regeneration 30).

Do I regenerate 30 health or 25 health or 55 health?

Any clarity much appreciated - but I suspect I've just wasted a tidy sum in gold.

Yes you receive it, no it does not affect your health regen

30 health (the greater bonus overrides the other for same slot items) and 25 energy regen

Thank you for the swift response. The mechanics are clear now.

I believe the textual descriptions are misleading. They should say "your *bracelet* health regeneration is increased *to* 30 pts per tick" instead of "your health regeneration is increased *by* 30 pts per tick".

This would make the mechanics clearer. Displaying the health regeneration per slot would be useful - like the recent change made to show the sigil rate.

The confusion stems from the fact many combinations used to stack and you would recieve both combined. However otm fracked down on this and now they do not stack. It was patched not long after the new engine was released a year ago.
