Druids after the update

i am playing a druid and i have gotta say i really dont like some of the stuff that you have done with this update
we are already one of the hardest classes to play because we are based on healing others, and we get no xp for that
joining groups minimises everyones xp,
the mechanic of 'half the xp that the highest level in the group would get for soloing the creature' disencourages teamwork and grouping
it was already very difficult to cast spells while in combat, now it is nearly impossible
couple that with the increased aggro range and rate and it means that enemies attack you for targetting them with a spell, charge you and prevent you from successfully casting it
it means that magic is completely inneffective unless you have a party protecting you from aggro, which as mentioned players are penalised for doing
you have also halved the damage of strangling vines, an already weak spell
all these together means that i am now really struggling to kill creatures that only give me 1 or 2 xp
fights that hard should be more rewarded, otherwise i will never be able to gain the levels to earn the ranks to put into the new skills that are supposed to make the new character build 'not that bad'
please give xp to druids for healing other characters
please increase the xp given for killing monsters so that leveling is possible and the harder monsters become a challenge not an impossibility
please re-think the group xp so that forming parties is encouraged and players are not not penalised for working together
please re consider the increase to the way drawing aggro works, it makes it impossible to fight only one monster because every one in the room is drawn to you all at once
a side note, did you really have to make my staff look like a big pink flower?
