Good for a hotbar slot, but I would never even consider wearing it full time as the overall dps would be terrible for the neck slot.

Does anyone know if there are nature touch/breath boost ammy?

I take back what I wrote since it's a misc, it's pretty nice tbh but it could be boosted just a tad bit more.

Its like they have combines skain charms and mord braces or gele rings except they dont add to skill points

Since when were misc items called amulets? Its a necklace. A bad one too.
