Edit: Noticed the cast time on NT. My stinging swarm hasn't seemed to change

Same as rebirth. I haven't noticed a positive change in my damage. On a positive note, it's another event I won't have to buy lix to level

I actually like the natures touch buff. Combat healing feels more fluid to me.
Don't forget, if you use cd reduce gear on touch you will see a hps boost of a few additional percent. Since I do and have a high heal this is actually a nice little buff for me.
